Prof. Dr. Sarintip Tantanee, President of Naresuan University<\/strong>, who extended a warm welcome to\u00a0<strong>Prof. Dr. Ingrid Liu, President of Tzu Chi University<\/strong>, Taiwan, and her distinguished delegation.
